They excel in customer support. I have had many questions about design issues and they helped me even though it was not included. They have an outstanding community with 15,000 members - lunarforums - which is very informative if you've any questions or issue. The questions get often answered in under 3 minutes. Their uptime is fantastic, I noticed only 2 minutes downtime last year. When I signed up for Lunarpages, the web space was 800 MB and bandwidth 20 GB. (overall impression 8.8/10)

I have been with Lunarpages for the last couple of years and everything has just been fine. For $ 7.95 you get now up to 5 GB of storage, 400 GB of monthly bandwidth, unlimited ftp accounts, free domain name. But most of all, they are reliable and they have a great tech support.
I've always received quick replies to my queries from Lunar pages customer support. I even didn’t have to call them, their online support has answered questions and corrected the only minor issue I had almost before I could finish asking the question.

I have been hosting my site and email with LunarPages for nearly 2 years now, and I have never been disappointed.
The support staff is amazing, and friendly and well informed. They offer a comprehensive FAQ database, and even forums for their customers to intermingle with one another, staff and moderators. 24/7 Email support is there when we need it, even in the middle of the night. Phone Support is available during the day light hours and provides a perfect opportunity to get some first hand information and assistance from a friendly voice always ready to help. There ability to understand and take care of there customers has made them one of the most reputable providers today. Incredible uptime. They keep asking you for more info on the problem until there is no more info to give then they send you to their public forum and ask you to get one of their tech savy customers to help you. What a joke. They hire people who know how to email(nothing more) for a fraction of the cost to hire a REAL tech so that they can give the best deals. They just get their tech savy customers to work for free. Good job exploiting your customers to help make you money (overall impression 4/10)

This is the best host I've used. Excellent uptime and transfer speeds. I prepaid for 1 year and when they changed the bandwidth and storage on their accounts they upgraded my account free of charge. I would recommend Lunarpages to anyone looking for web hosting. They also have a great community forum. (overall impression 8.6/10)
