I was referred to Your-Site.Com by a friend that swore by it. I was initially reluctant because I thought that any service priced this low was probably slow and unreliable. Boy was I wrong! I have yet to see any down time whatsoever and have even added two other websites to my account. Speed is never a problem and the services are very easy to use, even for someone like myself that's really computer incompetent. Every question and concern that I've had has been answered personally in a timely manner by the staff and I thank them for that (overall impression 8.8/10)

Your-Site.Com is great. Hosting is very easy. Ftp works great. And I have always experienced courteous, fast, accurate customer service and support. Even problems that had to do with my computer and not Your-Site.Com's hosting have been remedied quickly with either an email or telephone call to your site customer service. I build my sites with Adobe Golive and I find it works flawlessly with Your-Site.Com's hosting. I highly recommend Your-Site.Com. Such great quality for such a low price is, frankly, unprecedented. I am very, very happy with the Your-Site.Com hosting. Thank you (overall impression 9/10)

Longtime customer. Response of servers has been getting worse and worse. Email went down 6 days ago and has been up sporadically (once or twice a day we can get email). Customer Service tells us, essentially, stop bothering us. (overall impression 9/10)

Site always up, one of the cheaper hosts, respond to email in less than 6 hours, they r great! Could be faster at setting up the site, but they are still very fast, I have 6 websites with them!
